Returns Policy

At Blossoms Boutique, we value your satisfaction with our home styling products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns:

  • We offer refunds on items returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges on items within 28 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or another product of equal value
  • If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for future purchases

    Return Process:

    1. Contact our customer service team at info@ballinablossoms.ie or 09650475 to initiate a return or exchange.
    2. Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging.
    3. Ship the item back to us at the following address:

    Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

    Damaged or Faulty Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@ballinablossoms.ie with proof of purchase and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
